Chocolate And Peanut Butter Chips Cake In A Mug

This is perfect for those days when you crave for a sweet yummy dessert but don't have the time to do it. The cake is moist and it gets better if served with a scoop of your favorite ice-cream or whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 4 T all-purpose flour shopping list
- 4 T sugar shopping list
- 4 T cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 T milk shopping list
- 2 T vegetable oil or melted butter shopping list
- 1 T peanut butter chips shopping list
How to make it
- Pick one cup (at least 1 and 1/2 cups capacity).
- Pour in the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add egg, milk and oil. Stir well.
- Sprinkle with the peanut butter chips.
- Microwave for 3 minutes on max. Take a pick every minute. It rises quite well.
- Let cool for 2 minutes and eat while it is warm and moist.
