How to make it

  • Prepare the vegetables. Chop the Swiss chard, zucchini, celery and onion into bite sized pieces.
  • Roll the sausage into small meatballs.
  • Bring the broth up to boiling and drop the meatballs in. Let that simmer for a couple of minutes to let the meatballs firm up. Add the chopped vegetables.
  • Stir in the seasonings, wine and vinegar. Reduce the heat and let simmer gently for 30 minutes.
