How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a squared baking dish (9x9 inch).
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.
  • Meanwhile lightly toast the walnuts, be careful to not let them burn,
  • After the chocolate and butter are fully melted let them cool a bit.
  • Then add the eggs one by one stirring well between each addition.
  • Mix in the sugar, stir. Then the flour and salt. Mix well.
  • Last but not least add the banana and walnuts. Mix well. Pour the batter in the baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • The brownie shouldn't bake too much, it should be moist inside. So, do not over cook. See Photo
