Chocolate And Banana Brownie

- 7 oz butter shopping list
- 12 oz dark chocolate shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 4 ripe bananas) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a squared baking dish (9x9 inch).
- Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- Meanwhile lightly toast the walnuts, be careful to not let them burn,
- After the chocolate and butter are fully melted let them cool a bit.
- Then add the eggs one by one stirring well between each addition.
- Mix in the sugar, stir. Then the flour and salt. Mix well.
- Last but not least add the banana and walnuts. Mix well. Pour the batter in the baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
- The brownie shouldn't bake too much, it should be moist inside. So, do not over cook. See Photo
