How to make it

  • I like to put the bread butter side down on my flat grill and put the cheddar on one side and the Blue cheese and Ronamo on the other and add the bacon on top when the cheese starts to melt. When done, add the lettuce and tomato put together and enjoy!

    Great cheese combo. The European BLT. I just happen to have all the necessary stuff in the fridge and lunch is in about two hours. Thanks for the post. RJ
