Strawberry Cobbler Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Wash and slice strawberries, discarding caps
  • Combine strawberries, OJ, and 1/2 c sugar in a medium pot and heat until sugar is dissolved
  • Pour into a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish
  • In another bowl, combine flour, 1/2 c sugar, and 1/2 c butter (1 stick); cut together with fork or pastry cutter
  • Spread over strawberries
  • Soften 1/2 stick butter and mix with 1 c brown sugar.
  • Drop by dollops on top of flour mixture
  • Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour, until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
