How to make it

  • Combine the grated onion, garlic, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in bowl. Add the chicken and coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate at room temperature for at least an hour.
  • Mix all ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients for the batter together. Set aside
  • Heat oil in a deep dish. Drain excess marinade from chicken and fry them in batches of 6. Drain on paper towels.
  • Reheat oil. Refry the fried chicken till crisp. Drain once more on the paper towels.
  • Coat the chicken in the sauce and serve hot!!!!
