How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients for the spread and mix well.
  • This can be used immediately or it can be refrigerated for a couple days, prior.
  • Spread half of the wrap with some of the spread from above, then layer remaining ingredients on one side of the flatbread and carefully roll up.
  • The onion/mushroom and pepper can be quickly sauteed for a few minutes, if desired. I desired. :-)
