Ingredients
  • 4-6 1/2-1" cut Pork Chops
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 Cans Creamed Corn
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 stalks of celery diced
  • 3 cups of bread cubes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Brown pork chops in oil.
  2. In a medium bowl add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place browned pork chops in a 9x13 pan.
  4. Cover with corn mixture.
  5. Tent foil over meal and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes on middle rack.
