Gooey Coconut Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Prepare cake according to box directions.
  • Poke holes in cake (see picture) - I use the round handle of a wooden spoon.
  • Mix Cream of Coconut and Condensed milk together, then pour over cake.
  • Spread Cool Whip over the top of the cake, and finish off by adding a layer of coconut.
  • Refrigerate.
