  • SPREAD OUT 1 CHARCOAL LIGHTER FULL OF COALS ON GRILL
  • WHILE COALS ARE BURNING ADD ALL BUT STEAKS TO SMALL PAN AND HEAT ON TOP OF CLOSED GRILL
  • WHEN BUTTER IS MELTED DIP STEAKS INTO BUTTER SAUCE AND PLACE DIRECTLY OVER BURNING COALS
  • COVER TOP OF STEAKS WITH SECOND LIGHTER FULL OF COALS
  • REMOVE STEAKS AFTER 10 MINUTES
