How to make it

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and make a dough. Put in a drop of water if the dough don't come together well.
  • Form a log of ~8cm diameter, cover with food wrap and put it in a freezer for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cut into 0.6cm thick pieces. [0.2in]
  • Bake in a preheated [180C - 356F] oven for 12-15 minutes.

    Wow this is a easy cookie to pull together. I used my KA as I do not have a food processor and it worked great. I also did not have vanilla sugar so I upped the sugar and added 1/8 tsp of vanilla. Family loved them. Next time may add a little more vanilla. Oh the cookie did not have a sweet taste which was a great change. Will be making again.
