How to make it

  • In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork. Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Stir in caramel topping and butter; mix well. Stir in pecan halves. Pour filling into pie shell.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on rack before serving. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
  • *In my experience, I've had to bake it longer, about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. Just keep checking it after 45 mins.
