Caramel Pecan Pie

- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup (12 oz. jar) SMUCKER'S caramel topping shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves shopping list
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork. Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Stir in caramel topping and butter; mix well. Stir in pecan halves. Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on rack before serving. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
- *In my experience, I've had to bake it longer, about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. Just keep checking it after 45 mins.
