How to make it

  • Place everything (except rice, cilantro and cheese) into your Crock Pot. Add in 1/4 c. water and stir to get everything nice and combined. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. When it's done, shred your chicken and stir to combine.
  • Serve over white rice, and garnish with shredded cheese and cilantro

    Very tasty! I made this as written except I left out the cayenne which was OK with me as it was spicy enough for me without it. I used chipotle chili powder as well. I used a 15 oz tub of medium spicy level salsa that I got in the locally made Hispanic section of my supermarket. I turned this into tacos. Very delicious and filling. Put up a picture and added this in IMI 12/20/14
