Taco Chicken Bowls
This was really delicious and made a lot. I have lots of leftovers which is nice for this busy time of year. Nice balance of chicken and other ingredients and it was easy, too!
Used a slow cooker liner for quick clean up.

I think that means you are supposed to put this on top of rice that is in a bowl. KFC has something called a "bowl" and it is chicken and corn served on top of mashed potatoes in a (plastic) bowl. Same concept, I think.

Wow, that does look good, Marie! I could make a taco salad kinda thing. I wonder if I have an oven proof bowl around here that would work? I will have to look. Thank you!
