How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and slice. (I leave the skins on)
  • Cut ham into chunks.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour into crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until bubbling and potatoes are soft.
  • * Have used sliced smoked sausage or kielbasa instead of ham and it tastes wonderful. :)

    I dont like canned anything really. However, I must admit some supermarkets do surprise sometimes. I like this recipe, sounds wholesome

    This sounds good. But I'm not a fan of canned cheese sauce, so I guess I make a white sauce and add cheddar to it.
