How to make it

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and toast the bread on both sides, until lightly browned ( or toast in toaster ). Put the prosciutto or ham on the bread. Meanwhile, heat the butter in the frying pan and fry two eggs top your liking ( I prefer sunny side up, the yolk still runny. ) Season eggs with s+p and drop onto prosciutto. Serve at once.
