- 4 cups of chicken stock, low sodium shopping list
- 1 can of light coconut milk shopping list
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic shopping list
- 4 quarter sized pieces of fresh ginger smashed shopping list
- 2 dried Thai chili peppers, crushed shopping list
- 1 scant teaspoon of turmeric shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger shopping list
- one stalk of lemon grass if you can find it, shopping list
- pounded to release the fragrance OR shopping list
- 1 tbsp of lemon grass from the tube shopping list
How to make it
- Steep garlic, ginger, lemon grass, and crushed chili peppers in simmering broth.
- Add coconut milk and spices just to heat up.
- Strain and pour in Thermos. Cap.
