  • Cook the beef over med heat until no pink no longer: drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the 10 ingredients cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or on high heat for 4 hrs. Garnish with sour cream or cheese what ever you desire.

    This is spot on in flavor, very good! It only needed a pinch of salt :) I sauteed the onion, bell pepper and garlic with the ground beef, I think it brings out the flavor of them a little more. Used 3 chipotle chilies with the adobo sauce. This had nice heat, just enough. Added a review in the IMI :) --------------> Slowed Cooked Chili
