Pineapple Upside-Down Biscuits

- 2 tablspoons butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground shopping list
- 8 1/4 oz can pineapple slices or chrushed , drained shopping list
- 1 package refrigerated buscuits shopping list
How to make it
- In an 8x1 1/2-inch round microwave-safe baking dish, melt butter.
- Add brown sugar, corn syrup & cinnamon; stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Arrange drained pineapple in the dish.
- Seperate bisucits; arrange in a single layer atop pineapple.
- Bake in a 400^F oven for 18 minutes ir until biscuits are golden brown.
- Carefully invert onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm.
