I found this dish in an Italian restaurant nearby that is run by Greeks! I think the Greek food on the menu is better than the Italian stuff! I found this recipe online from Cooking Light magazine, and adapted it for my tastes...hope you enjoy!

I love Slovakia also! We have a Greek fishing/sponge village about 10 miles away and that is what I always get there. A suggestion with the Tzatziki Sauce, put the grated cucumber in a coffee filter and fine sieve to drain a bit as it tends to make the Tzatziki watery if it is too wet.

Oh yes! I did forget to add that part...I actually just squeeze all the liquid from the shredded cucumbers in my hands before adding to the yogurt. Thanks!
