Slow Cooked Italian Beef Sandwich

- 4 lbs. of chuck blade roast shopping list
- 1 can of beer shopping list
- 6 whole garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 large vidalia onion slivered shopping list
- 3 cubes of beef bouillion cubes shopping list
- 1 small jar of pepperoncini peppers including all the juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of dried basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper shopping list
- 8 large hoagie rolls shopping list
- 16 slices of muenster cheese shopping list
- 2 cups or so of Giardiniera shopping list
How to make it
- Throw it all in the slow cooker (minus the rolls/cheese and Giardiniera of course for the most literal of recipe readers and inexperienced cooks)
- Turn it on low
- Wait 10 hours
- Take a decent helping of beef by the forkful and drop into the center of a toasted hoagie roll.
- Top with muenster cheese. Broil
- Garnish with spicy sweet Giardiniera
- Enjoy.
