Portobello Fajitas

- 3 large portobello mushrooms sliced into thick slices shopping list
- couple T olive oil shopping list
- 2T favorite steak seasoning shopping list
- 1T Worcestershire shopping list
- 2 red or sweet onion, sliced thick shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tomatillos, diced shopping list
- 2-3 bell peppers, sliced into strips shopping list
- 1-4 jalapenos sliced shopping list
- 2t ancho, chipotle or similar chili pepper shopping list
- 2t ground cumin shopping list
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
- tortillas, guacamole, sour cream or crema, cilantro, and limes for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle mushroom pieces with the steak seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan until hot.
- Add mushrooms, onions and peppers and cook on high heat to sear and until veggies are slightly tender
- Add tomatillos, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, a lil lime juice, chili pepper, cumin, salt and pepper and cook several more minutes, until heated through.
- Serve hot in tortillas with desired toppings
