Smearcase cake Penna Dutch

Ingredients
- Cake: shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 16 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 1-13 ounce can evaporated milk or 1 1/2 cup sweet milk shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Cake:
- In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder.
- Add eggs oil and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Press into a 13x9-inch pan.
- Spread cake dough in bottm and on sides.
- Filling:
- In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together.
- Beat until smooth.
- Pour filling inot shell.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
