Moo's Terikyaki Marinade

- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat in refrigerator overnight but not longer than 24 hours. Use 1/2 cup of marinade per pound of meat.
- This is great for grilling chicken.
- Note: I have made this without fresh ginger when I didn't have any and its still great.
