How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat in refrigerator overnight but not longer than 24 hours. Use 1/2 cup of marinade per pound of meat.
  • This is great for grilling chicken.
  • Note: I have made this without fresh ginger when I didn't have any and its still great.

    Oh, I love this marinade. Reminds me of my mom's recipe but this has Ginger!!!!! And that is a nice addition. Total YUM!
