How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sift together flour, baking soda, powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl cream butter and sugars until light in colour and fluffy. Add one egg at a time until well blended, stir in vanilla.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients, mix by hand if needed. Before the flour is fully incorporated add in Oats, Coconut, Sunflower seeds, Chocolate chips and Cranberries and fold until everything is evenly combined.
  • Drop the dough by a heaping tablespoon or use a 1.5 inch cookie scoop. Bake in the center of the pre-heated oven for approx. 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.

    Made these cookies a while back, they are delicious.I made 2 changes, I used Earth Balance in place of butter and dairy and gluten free oatmeal.I like dunking them in warm milk,The people I shared the cookies with gave them 2 thumbs up.
