How to make it
- Heat 8 cups of water and 1 teaspoon salt in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- In an medium mixing bowl mix all the other ingredients together until it gets doughie.
- Drop dough by teaspoons into the boiling water.Cook uncovered stirring occasionally every 10 minutes to cook.Drain dumplings till they are chewy.Not fluffy and tender as in american.
