Lemon Custard Cups

- 2 tablespoons of butter shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons of flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 5 tablespoons of lemon juice shopping list
- grated rind of one lemon shopping list
- 3 eggs, separated shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of milk shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, add sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice and rind.
- Add beaten egg yolks and milk.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Gradually blend the two together.
- Pour into 6 buttered custard cups.
- Set cups in pan and fill pan with water halfway up the cups.
- Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes until set and lightly brown.
