OMG!!! Delicious! I poured the olive oil in a small dish, dipped my clean fingers in, and lightly rubbed the prepared kale pieces with it. It distributed the oil so much better and lighter than drizzling. A little oil goes a long way. I like nutritional yeast and sprinkled my chips with that instead of salt. These bake quickly so keep an eye on them and check a little before 10 minutes because my batch was crisp and done closer to 10 minutes, 15 minutes and they would have burned. ADDICTING!!

You will become addicted to these if you try them...not only tasty, but SO CRISPY when baked in a single layer and seasoned with whatever you like...personally, I prefer good old Garlic Salt. Do try these - I'm betting you will love them, and be amazed that you're eating kale!!
