Easy Peasy Tuna Melt

- 1 puff pastry sheet, divided in 2 shopping list
- 2 cans of tuna in olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry dill shopping list
- 2 tbsp ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Drain the tuna and discart the oil.
- Season the tuna with salt and pepper if needed and add the dill and cheese.
- Divide the pastry into 2 rectangles.
- Divide the tuna mix evenly and pour in the centre of each piece of pastry forming a row. Pour the ketchup over each row of tuna.
- Fold in the edges of the pastry.
- Line the oven rack with parchment papper. Place the tuna parcels in the centre.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until you pastry is fully cooked.
