How to make it
- Wash your herbs of choice and dry them with kitchen paper.
- Place the herbs in the ice cube tray compartiments.
- Top up with olive oil.
- Leave it of 1 or 2 days and then take the oilve cubes out and store them in a zip lock bag. Store in the freezer again. It keeps well for 3 months.
