How to make it

  • Wash your herbs of choice and dry them with kitchen paper.
  • Place the herbs in the ice cube tray compartiments.
  • Top up with olive oil.
  • Freeze.
  • Leave it of 1 or 2 days and then take the oilve cubes out and store them in a zip lock bag. Store in the freezer again. It keeps well for 3 months.
