Olive Oil And Herbs

- 1 ice cube tray shopping list
- Left over fresh herbs (I used sage and coriander) shopping list
- Good quality olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash your herbs of choice and dry them with kitchen paper.
- Place the herbs in the ice cube tray compartiments.
- Top up with olive oil.
- Freeze.
- Leave it of 1 or 2 days and then take the oilve cubes out and store them in a zip lock bag. Store in the freezer again. It keeps well for 3 months.
