Best Ever Breakfast Bake Recipe
This is asked for a lot around my house for both breakfast and supper.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Crescent rolls
  • 1 lb Sausage (browned & drained)
  • 2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 jar Sliced Mushrooms
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Cream of Onion Soup

Directions
  1. Lightly grease a 13x9 glass baking dish and line with rolls to form a shell, sealing perforations.
  2. Cover with sausage, mushrooms and half the cheese.
  3. Mix eggs with soup and pour over casserole.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  5. Cover and chill overnight.
  6. Uncover and bake 350* for 1 hour.
  7. (Can use crumbled bacon or ham with/or instead of sausage.)

Yes it is the best...Great minds do think alike! I have it submitted as Easy Breakfast Casserole, but I like your title better!


Love the way this sounds.........


I can do good things with this. Minus the mushrooms and my family, who are probably the pickiest eaters IN THE FREAKIN' WORLD, would probably like this dish.

I would, of course, have to sub soy mozarella for the real thing because of hubby's dairy allergy.

Sounds easy and satisfies picky, allergen eaters. Good criteria to me!!
