Fresh Peach Salad With Sriracha Vinaigrette

I saw the recipe with watermelon but my watermelon looked a little on the sad side. So I subbed a fresh peach for my supper salad. It was very good.
Ingredients
- Large fresh peach, pitted and sliced shopping list
- 1 green onion sliced on diagonal shopping list
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta shopping list
- 6 fresh basil leaves shopping list
- Sriracha Vinaigrettte shopping list
- 2 tbsp of Sriracha (yes, tablespoons) shopping list
- 1 tbsp of honey shopping list
- 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar (I added a tiny bit more for extra tang) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk dressing ingredients.
- Assemble peach slices, sprinkle with feta, onion and basil.
- Drizzle dressing.
- Enjoy.
- Basil and peach!!! Yummy.
