How to make it

  • Grind first four ingredients.
  • Stir together and sprinkle salt on top.
  • Cover and put in fridge over night
  • Rinse veggies next day and drain.
  • Add next four ingredients and stir
  • Add last three ingredients and stir
  • Cook all for 30 minutes
  • Ladle into jars and seal
