Broccoli Salad Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

4 Cups Broccoli Florets, chopped

8 Pieces Bacon

1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped

3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup Sugar

2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Fry bacon until crisp and drain on paper towel.

Chop broccoli and red onion. Mix together with crumbled bacon in serving bowl.

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, whisk until blended.

Refrigerate an hour before serving.

Pour dressing over salad just before serving.

I loved this recipe. only, i blanched the broccoli for two minutes and placed it in ice water till it was cold. i drained it well and went ahead with the salad.added some kidney beans to it i had in the frig.delich! next time i will use green onions instead of the red ones.
