Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix everything together (it is thoroughly mixed when you no longer see the white of the coconut oil).
  • Dump it in a pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out (it isn't necessary to fill the entire pan).
  • Put pan in freezer for about 60 minutes.
  • Remove from freezer and cut off as much as you want..
  • Put the pan back in the freezer until you're ready for more.

    P.S. … I found that warming the coconut oil and peanut butter up made mixing and pouring the mixture out very very easy.

    An all-in-one chocolaty peanut butter cup but so much healthier. Delicious and so easy to make. I have a shallow candy tray and used that. Do freeze, keeping in the refrigerator is not cold enough. They melt quickly once in your mouth. Thanks Hungryjohn!!
