This is Souther Thai dish...this is very easy to make and if you have Thai market new you...this dish already come in the bottle...only take 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  • FOR PASTE
  • 1 tablespoon shrimp paste - Gupi
  • 10 shallots - or small red or purple onions
  • 1/2 cup dried shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 5 stems of fresh thai basil
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 can bamboo cut up ready come in bottle
  • 6 babycorn
  • 10 mushroom 1 hole can or fresh if have
  • 1/2 of chiness squash cubed
  • 2 cups of bai yanag...( green leaves stock) can find in Asian Market
  • 1 steam lemon rooth long slice

Directions
  1. In a mortar and pestle or food processor, grind the spice mixture ingredients to a smooth paste.
  2. Bring the stock to a boil and add the spice mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Bring to boil and add fish sauce, vegetables and basil leaves.
  4. Stir until cooked.
  5. Don't over cook your vegetable....
