Company Pasta Dish

                    - 2 pounds ground beef (I have substituted vension) shopping list
- 16 ounce package of noodles or other pasta shopping list
- 2 16 ounce jars or cans of spaghetti sauce with garlic shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 green pepper shopping list
- 3 or 4 mushrooms (I used button mushrooms) shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp each oregano, thyme, cumin, Mediterranean sea salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cook noodles in a 4 quart sauce pan or dutch oven until just tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a large skillet.
- Dice onion, pepper, and mushrooms into small pieces and add to ground beef mixture. Cook on medium heat until beef is browned and vegetables are done.
- Add spaghetti sauce and spices to the meat mixture and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup or tomato paste.
- Add the meat and sauce mixture to the drained noodles. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until mixture is heated.
