How to make it

  • To make brine, place vinegar, water, onion and spices in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Pack the vegetables loosely into a hot, sterilized jar. Pour hot brine over the vegetables. Pour oil on top. Set aside for 1-7 days and then store in the refrigerator for upto 1 months.
