- 2 Cucumber trimmed and cut shopping list
- 1 large carrot shopping list
- 1 Raddish shopping list
- 1 small onion, halved shopping list
- 3/4 c apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1c Water shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Salt shopping list
- 1tsp mustard seeds shopping list
- 1tsp coriander seeds shopping list
- 1/4tsp turmeric shopping list
- 3 Tbsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- To make brine, place vinegar, water, onion and spices in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pack the vegetables loosely into a hot, sterilized jar. Pour hot brine over the vegetables. Pour oil on top. Set aside for 1-7 days and then store in the refrigerator for upto 1 months.
