BEARS BEER BATTER

This batter can be used for frying any fish, shrimp or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder or prepared cajun seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. any seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/3 c. beer, drink the rest! shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, thoroughly beat the eggs, add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
