I made these to go with eggs for breakfast this morning. I was skeptical, but wanted to try it. I had to add an extra egg white to the mixture to keep it binded, but they were SO GOOD! The man wants them again, soon. AWESOME!

Frooo, this is a great Vegetarian Cheese Herb Sausage. I am going to try this out as a burger with a thick slice of portabella mushroom on top and toasted sesame whole wheat buns.
