    Frankieanne, I am so glad you liked it so much. it's awesome for barbecues and picnics since you don't have to worry about refrigeration. the addition of greens sounds great! would make it that much more filling too. and very healthy!

    The minute I saw this I knew I wanted to make this. I love white beans (I used cannellini) and I have a bunch of tomatoes to use up from my garden. I liked the light dressing on this. I used canola for the oil. I didn't measure the salt and pepper as I have grinders for both. I just made sure to grind twice as much for the pepper. I let it chill for one hour before I ate a big bowl for dinner. I think this would be great on some chopped salad greens as well. Added this to IMI on 8/25/15.
