"The Perfect, Supreme Sauce and/or Dip for Prawns/Shrimp and Seafood. Simple and totally personal to make.
Ingredients
- 250g Mayonnaise shopping list
- 80g Tomato Ketchup shopping list
- Worcestershire Sauce - to taste shopping list
- Tabasco Sauce - to taste shopping list
- brandy - to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the Mayonnaise and Tomato Sauce together in a small bowl;
- Add a few drops each and/or more - to taste of the Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce and Brandy and mix well;
- Cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator
