My Peachy Bread Pudding

- Peach Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 c. finely sliced peaches shopping list
- 1/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- pinch nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 c. rum shopping list
- bread Pudding Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1 c. heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2/3 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 c. stale bread cubes, remove crusts shopping list

How to make it
- 1.Mix the Peach Ingredients together in an oven-safe bowl and bake at 400 deg for about 30 min.
- 2.In med. saucepan over med. heat combine milk & heavy cream just until film forms over top. Combine butter, stirring until melted. Cool to lukewarm. Combine remaining ingredients except bread, millk and peach mixture. Beat with electric mixer at med. speed for 1 minute. Slowly add milk to mixture. Add bread cubes and stir gently. Fold in peaches.
- 3.Place in lightly greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 deg. for 45-50 min. or until set. Serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
