This is more like a French Dressing. It can be used as a salad dressing or for a cucumber salad. My Dad has been making it for years!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup (I use Campbells)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 small bulb of garlic

Directions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together except garlic.
  2. Pour into an air-tight jar.
  3. Let 3-4 cloves of garlic float in the dressing.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Discard garlic before using.
  6. Great for salads or poured over sliced cucumbers.
