Crispy Rosemary Chicken And Fries

- 8 chicken thighs shopping list
- 6 small red potatoes, cut into 1/6ths shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, or as needed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (1 1/2 tsp. dried) shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped Italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Parmesan/Romano, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place chicken and potatoes into a large bowl. Pour olive oil over them, and stir to coat. Scatter the chicken and potato pieces in a cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle with rosemary, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered. During the last 15 minutes, baste, then top with grated cheese.

I'm not sure what is chopped Italian seasoning!
Seasoning is like S&P.
Could the author mean chopped Italian herbs?
