Lemon Caper Sauce

This is such an easy sauce to make for any fish you wish to serve. Great for those days when you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free or light sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon drained capers shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest or peel (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until well blended. If you don't have a food processor or blender, finely chop the capers and mix into remaining ingredients.
