    i can't believe nobody rated this one yet! This is seriously one of the best homemade dressings I have made in awhile. I love all the flavours. The gingery, miso, salty, sweet flavours all work very well together. :) I used this on a shredded cucumber salad and it was very light and refreshing tasting. I am going to use it on a daikon slaw tomorrow -- its gonna be goooood!

    This looks good. I am on the Eat to Live diet with no oils or sugar. I'm thinking that substituting blackstrap molasses for the brown sugar will work for me. I'll let you know when I try this after I get back home to alternative Ithaca from Florida :). I can get all organic all the time at home!

    I purchase a brand of japanese miso dressing called "red shell" once a week and was wondering if this recipe would save me a trip to the grocery store. I'll let you know. Thanks for posting this recipe.
