Mango Butter Recipe

	Leigh561 / All my dishes 2 years, 4 months ago I make this when Mango's are in season and on sale. It freezes pretty well. When I make it, I put it in the small plastic containers, as it isn't as hard as normal butter and can put small amounts in the freezer. It is great on toasted pound cake as well as mango bread.... Ingredients

# 1/2 cup honey

# 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

# 1/2 cup finely chopped ripe mango

Directions

In a small mixing bowl with a wooden spoon, beat together honey, butter and mango until evenly mixed
