I make this when Mango's are in season and on sale. It freezes pretty well. When I make it, I put it in the small plastic containers, as it isn't as hard as normal butter and can put small amounts in the freezer. Read more It is great on toasted pound cake as well as mango bread. See less
Ingredients
- # 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- # 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature shopping list
- # 1/2 cup finely chopped ripe mango shopping list
How to make it
- In a small mixing bowl with a wooden spoon, beat together honey, butter and mango until evenly mixed
