How to make it

  • In medium sized bowl gently mix white beans, tuna, celery, and parsley.
  • In small bowl mix Italian herb blend, Olive oil, lemon juice, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add the dressing to the bean mix and gently mix together.
  • Chill and adjust seasonings, Olive oil, and/or lemon juice to taste.

    A very nice lunch. I did not have Italian Herb Blend, so i minced some rosemary and basil, it is all i had.Other then that followed the directions.I had it mixed in with my salad for lunch, i really enjoyed it. I found it quite filling and it lasted me till supper. I would serve this with a nice hunk of crusty Italian bread. Will be making again, this to me can also be served as an appetizer at the evening meal.
