How to make it

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and extract.
  • Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in white chocolate and pecans.
  • Drop with medium cookie ball scoop 2 in. apart onto baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350° for 11-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool...store in airtight container.

    These were good. I used vanilla in place of almond extract as I'm not a fan of almond extract.The texture is very nice and soft. More in IMI11.
